Let it Snow

I have just finished shovelling six inches of God's dandruff off my front steps. It's still snowing as I type, in what may be the last big snowstorm of the year, but considering I live in Wisconsin, probably not. It's perfect snowman snow, but I don't have the energy to build anything now. It is pretty to look at, though.

Chocolate Ingots

Ah, the forgotten blog! Let me sweep out the cobwebs here a minute.

Here is a pointless rambling to take up space on the already crowded Internet.

I'm having trouble with visualizing ingots. I've read the word, but not bothering to ever look it up, I didn't know exactly what an ingot was. Sounds like it should be something very small. Then I finally caught on to the fact that bars of metal, such as gold, are ingots. Can't quite wrap my head around that one. It doesn't fit with the vague image I had created in my head.

Bar-shaped ingots are the same shape as Kit-Kats. I never realized before tonight that Kit-Kats are just chocolate/wafer ingots. I'll never look at a Kit-Kat the same way again.
