My sister failed on her first attempt... and me? I have no idea how I passed.
I was asked to do a three point turn. I performed the first turn, then... instead of putting the car in reverse, I put it in Neutral. And proceeded to REV the car engine for a good 4 or five seconds before realizing my mistake and fixing it.
